Also, sorry I haven’t been going on here in a while. I have been really busy because I have really important exams coming soon. I will be coming on here to talk to people and post pictures etc. And I will keep you all updated with my [starting tomorrow] redoing fasting.

water/green tea everyday
on day 10,15 and 20 I will have a something fruity.

what are your fast like? do you eat during a fast? what do you drink during one? how long do you do a fast? do your exercise? i want to fast but i don't know what i should be doing..
1) I drink loads. Helps me feel full. They’re alright I guess. But sometimes I feel dizzy and unable to move etc.
2) If I start feeling weak and unable to breathe or my heart is going to fast then I have soup or a piece of fruit.
3) water, green tea, white tea, fresh lemon/graopefruit juice and the occasional coffee and diet drinks.
4) I always want to do them for a long period of time but hardly get past 2 days.
5) It depends on how my energy levels are, I either cannot be able to exercise or I am going crazy at the gym.
I am fasting right now, just finishing my first day.
